PURPLE REN is a family-owned company run by a husband and wife team. We do not send different employees from week to week; we personally carry out every visit ourselves, with more than eight years of combined experience behind each one.

Staircase Cleaning

A clean staircase creates a positive first impression and contributes to a well-maintained property. Ours is a full routine, not a quick mop.

  • Vacuuming staircases and entrance areas
  • Washing and mopping floors
  • Cleaning and disinfecting high-touch points such as handrails, light switches, entrance, attic, and basement door handles, and elevator buttons or elevator panels (if applicable)
  • Surface cleaning of mailboxes, stair moldings and trim, especially the horizontal surfaces where dust settles

      Property inspection

      Each visit begins with a visual inspection to identify areas that need extra attention that day.

      Professional equipment

      Dirt, dust, sand and debris are removed with commercial-grade machine cleaners built for property work.

      Detailed Surface Cleaning & Disinfection

      Handrails, switches, handles, flush buttons, faucets, and machine panels are disinfected. Moldings, ledges, lamps and horizontal surfaces where dust usually collects are wiped clean, and not dusted around. Spider or cobweb corners are removed.

      Systematic floor cleaning

      Floors are cleaned using methods and products appropriate for the floor type and surface material. Using the right product ensures the best cleaning results.

      Fresh microfiber system

      Multiple clean microfiber mop pads are used in a single cleaning space, depending on the size of the area. For example, 6 to 16 clean microfiber mop pads are used in a single staircase cleaning, so dirt is removed rather than redistributed.

      Every visit ends with a quality inspection against our own standards. Our name is on the work, literally.

    The owners of PURPLE REN personally perform the work. No rotating staff, no strangers in your building.

    What happens if you are on holiday or ill?

    We work with carefully selected, trusted professional partners who share our standards, and whenever possible we inform customers of planned absence in advance. You can still contact us directly the whole time, and we make sure any matter is handled quickly.

    Do you offer recurring service agreements?

    Yes. Weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and fully customised service plans are all available.
